Returns and Refunds

Paperback Books & Book Collectibles: We accept returns of paperbacks and book collectibles within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in their original condition - unopened, unread, and with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@emilyfoxxauthor.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

Ebooks: All ebook sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the ebook has been purchased and delivered to you. Please ensure you review the product description before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective paperback, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for paperbacks that show signs of use, damage not caused during shipping, or items returned after the 30-day window.
